This analysis examines how non-discrimination laws in Estonia and Lithuania address issues of algorithmic bias in the public sector. The study assesses potential legal gaps that may hinder effective measures against algorithmic discrimination and provides recommendations for improving the legal and policy framework. The analysis is based on EU regulations, such as the GDPR and the AI Act, as well as national laws of both countries.
